Welcome to the St Andrews Korfball Club website. Whether you're looking for more information about korfball, or about our club, you've come to the right place.
Korfball is a fun and fast mixed gender sport with similarties to netball and basketball. The word 'korf' comes from the Dutch word for 'basket' so 'korfball' means 'basketball'!
If you want to find out more, browse through our website, check out some of the 'Links' or come along to one of our training sessions and try it out for yourself. We train in the University Sports Centre on Sundays 7-9pm, Tuesdays 6-8pm and Thursdays 3-5pm.

St Andrews today launched their new website, for the 2009 – 2010 season.
Beach Tournament A Success!
The St Andrews Beach tournament proved to be a big success again this year with a total of 15 teams taking part. Players old and new from all the Scottish teams were joined by counterparts from Leeds and Lancaster to enjoy the sun and the sand on West Sands Beach, St Andrews and to play some beach korfball.
St Andrews Win The League
The SAKC has won the Scottish Korfball league for the second year in a row. In an undefeated season, the team went from strength to strength and never really looked like losing their title. Captain Adam Maynard said he was “delighted” with how his team performed all season and maintained a high level of focus.
